Scope
These standards apply to all users, communities, profiles, media uploads, posts, replies, and messaging on PipChat. We aim to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE/CSAM and grooming behaviors.
Prohibited content and behaviors
We do not allow:
- Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Requests, threats, grooming behavior, or attempts to obtain sexual content involving minors.
- Sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAE/CSAM materials, links, or coded references.
- Any sexualized depiction of minors, real or fictional, including generated/manipulated media.
- Any attempt to circumvent safety systems or moderation controls.
Detection and prevention
- User reporting: users can report content or accounts for safety review.
- Automated signals: we may use automated detection and abuse-prevention signals to identify potential violations.
- Human review: where needed, trained reviewers may assess flagged content.
Enforcement actions
When we detect CSAE/CSAM or related grooming behavior, we may:
- Remove or block content immediately.
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts and communities.
- Preserve relevant records for safety investigations and legal compliance.
- Report to law enforcement and/or relevant authorities as required.
How to report
If you see content that may involve CSAE/CSAM or grooming, report it immediately via in-app reporting (if available). You can also email support@pipchat.in with:
- Links, screenshots, and any relevant identifiers
- What you saw and when you saw it
- Whether anyone appears to be in immediate danger
Privacy and evidence handling
Access to sensitive investigation data is restricted to authorized safety workflows. Where applicable, access is logged for audit. Legal hold rules may retain evidence even if an account is deleted.
Updates to these standards
We may update these standards as the service evolves and as legal requirements change.
