Start a public local conversation — right where it matters.
PipChat! is a community platform inspired by the Indian village tradition of gathering under a Pipal tree. Create a public post pinned to an approximate real‑world location, pick a category, and discuss with the people around you. Explore posts on the map, join communities, and surface local issues, updates, and action — transparently.

What is PipChat!?
PipChat! (Publicly Interactive Posts) is a mobile app for public, location‑pinned conversations. You can create a post pinned to an approximate place, pick a category, and discuss with the community nearby.
What does “approximate location” mean?
Posts are shown as pinned to a nearby area so the discussion stays local without exposing anyone’s exact address. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How long do posts and communities stay visible?
PipChat is designed for time‑bound discussions and communities. Visibility durations depend on your plan (e.g., 12h/24h/72h+). Expiry helps keep content fresh and reduces long‑term spam buildup.
How do I report abuse, spam, or unsafe content?
Use the in‑app flag/report options on posts, threads, messages, or sponsor offers. Our team and automated systems review reports and take action as needed.
What content is not allowed?
Illegal, harmful, hateful, or highly explicit content is not allowed. You’re responsible for what you post. Please review the Posting Policy & User Liability.
Is PipChat available on iOS?
Android is live on Google Play. iOS is planned for release by end of March. You can join the iOS waitlist via email.
What are Business and Government accounts?
Business accounts can showcase catalog items and engage locally; Government accounts are intended for official public information and alerts. These account types are clearly labeled inside the app for transparency.
How do badges and scores work?
PipChat includes a score & badge system to help people understand in‑app reputation. Badges are community‑awarded signals. Badges do not indicate real‑world verification — always use your judgment for safety.
